Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Truly Beauty. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through trulybeauty.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During holidays, promotions, product launches, or other periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Other International Destinations 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other factors outside of Truly Beauty's control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Tracking may not be available for shipments to certain international destinations.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors including:

  • Shipping destination;
  • Shipping method selected;
  • Order weight and dimensions; and
  • Any applicable promotions.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.


Promotional Shipping Offers

From time to time, Truly Beauty may offer free shipping or other promotional shipping incentives.

Eligibility requirements, qualifying order amounts, and promotional terms will be displayed during checkout or as part of the applicable promotion. Promotional shipping offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties;
  • Customs duties;
  • Taxes;
  • Brokerage fees; and
  • Other government-imposed charges.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping charges and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary by country. We encourage customers to contact their local customs office for additional information before placing an order.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to Truly Beauty because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact info@trulybeauty.com as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team at info@trulybeauty.com.

We will work with you and the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
